可喜可賀，終於成功拿到加拿大打工度假POE啦！！！以下分享心路歷程，想看準備文件的部分直接拉到最下面即可。
當時爬了非常多文章、各大社團、請求ChatGpt的協助，但都沒有什麼相關文章，覺得崩潰至極！
希望這篇能幫助到正在申請加拿大打工度假的過程中因為曾經待過墨西哥半年以上，需要補件提供良民證（無犯罪紀錄證明）的小夥伴們！
直接進入正題，我遇到兩次的補件，第一次是補寫旅遊史、第二件是補交墨西哥良民證（真的是大魔王啊～～）

2025.05.14 補件_旅遊史 (補到墨西哥的年份了)
2025.05.16 補件_要求提供墨西哥良民證
2025.6.15 補件_要求提供墨西哥良民證到期日
2025.6.23 收到POE 
一收到補交良民證的當天，立刻發了三封信：
1. IRCC WEB FORM _https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/contact-ircc/web-form.html
2. 墨西哥台北辦事處 mexico@ofmex.tw
3. 駐香港墨西哥大使館 infohko@sre.gob.mx（此項我是想說，如真的可行飛到香港一趟，總是比飛去墨西哥近吧？！）
最快回覆的墨西哥台北辦事處&駐香港墨西哥大使館，出乎意料的於工作天一天的時間就回了，結果是，抱歉，無法幫忙協助處理。（但至少有回）
再來加拿大官方管道IRCC WEB FORM：
總共發了三次信一直到到期日之前，只有收過已收到信的回覆，都沒有其他回覆，狀態列也一直顯示著待補件
最後是overdue 。心超涼。

相信大家看到這邊，也一定把這個官方頁面閱讀過無數次了吧，結論就是按照這個步驟根本走不下去啊
期間還聯繫了墨西哥友人，表示願意幫我跑一趟墨西哥城辦理，但經過聯繫VFS說是即使跑了一趟辦理，也無法保證能取得良民證（WTF請人專程跑一趟，還無法拿到，這CP值真的很低耶！）
Anyway，我還是很感謝VFS這位線上客服人員如此誠實的回覆，我進去找過兩位客服，一位一直罐頭回覆，另一位還算能對話。
於是，我就一直等到了截止日，原本以為解釋信應該會被接受然後變成Pass狀態，結果沒有！
後來過了三天後，發現還能傳檔案，我決定直接在補件區上傳我的解釋信，隔天還是沒有收到訊息，又重新登入查看，發現我忘記按到Next，按下後當天加拿大上班時間馬上就收到POE了～～～^_^
分享給大家，我的解釋信內容如下，還附上了聯繫墨西哥台北辦事處郵件、駐港墨西哥領事館郵件證明還有於墨西哥工作期間拿到的推薦信、居留證、教師證。(能證明你是好人的文件都傳一傳)
以上是個人的經驗分享，不保證是否都能如此順利，總之祝大家都順利拿到簽證🥰
如下是我的解釋信供大家參考：
To whom it may concern,
My name is XXXXXX and I am writing this letter to explain the circumstances regarding the police certificate requirement from Mexico for my International Experience Canada (IEC) application (UCI: 0000, Application Number: 00000).
I lived in Toluca, Estado de México, from XXX to XXX, where I worked as a Mandarin Chinese teacher. I understand that a police certificate from Mexico is typically required in this situation.
However, I have made multiple attempts to obtain this document without success. I contacted both the Mexican Trade Services and Cultural Office in Taipei and the Consulate General of Mexico in Hong Kong. Both offices have confirmed that they do not issue police certificates and are unable to assist with the application process for foreign nationals who are no longer residing in Mexico. I have attached their email responses as supporting documents.
Unfortunately, there is no available procedure for applying remotely from Taiwan. The current application process requires in-person verification and/or local assistance within Mexico, which I am unable to access at this time. Given the lack of a feasible option to obtain this document from abroad, I am respectfully requesting that IRCC consider waiving this requirement based on the documented effort I have made and the impossibility of obtaining it under my current circumstances.
Please let me know if there is any alternative documentation I can provide to support my application and demonstrate my clean record.
